Owner | Operations ManagerMaria Walden immigrated to the United States from Guayaquil, Ecuador, at the age of three. Growing up in a household of first-generation immigrants instilled in her a unique perspective, allowing her to identify opportunities where others might not.
After graduating high school, Maria dedicated herself to public service as a professional firefighter paramedic with the Village of North Palm Beach. During this time, she earned a nursing degree and remains an active registered nurse. Her role as a trustee on the police and fire pension board provided her with valuable experience in strategic financial planning and investment growth, particularly through Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), sparking her interest in real estate.
In 2013, Maria began her real estate journey by investing in residential, commercial, and multifamily properties. Her passion led her to retire early from the Fire Department to focus on real estate full-time. With over 200 successful transactions and more than $50 million in sales, Maria has built a reputation for excellence, driven by her commitment to customer service and meticulous processes designed to ensure the best possible experience for her clients.
Maria's expertise spans from assisting first-time homebuyers to working with investors seeking sophisticated tax strategies and opportunity zone investments. As a state-licensed mortgage loan originator, she stays ahead of the market, offering deep insights into financing and current market products, providing her clients with unparalleled resources.
Now residing in Ocala, Maria is expanding her portfolio to include specialty properties such as equestrian farms, development land, and industrial properties. She proudly serves clients in Ocala, Wellington, and the greater Palm Beach County area.
Maria lives on a farm in Ocala with her husband, Aaron, and their three children, Max, Emmett, and Fiona. Her dedication to her family and community underscores her commitment to helping others achieve their real estate dreams.
